Role Overview:
The Field Productivity Value Stream’s objective is to build and empower the best financial advisors in the industry. To achieve this, there is a focus on foundational and specialized learning and development for both advisors and field leaders.
The FPVS Insights team partners with FPVS leadership to assess the impact of strategic programs and initiatives. This role will play a key part in shaping business strategies through data-driven insights and collaboration across multiple teams.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement strategic initiatives.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses to support decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for strategic optimization and provide recommendations to Field Productivity Value Stream (FPVS) team leads.
- Analyze business challenges, identify trends, and recommend best practices to enhance performance.
- Effectively communicate complex and sensitive information, fostering alignment and consensus.
- Measure the impact of initiatives on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Lead special projects, initiatives, and other key activities as needed.
- Utilize data analytics tools to develop complex queries and present insights that highlight trends for stakeholders.
- Continuously improve reporting, forecasting, and analytical capabilities to enhance business decision-making processes.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of relevant experience.
- This role requires a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to drive impactful initiatives across the organization.
- Outstanding analytical and quantitative capabilities
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and critical thinking skills. Accuracy and attention to details are required.
- Ability to multi-task with shifting priorities, with a high degree of urgency under tight deadlines
- Clear, concise, and analytical written and oral communication skills, with the ability to tailor communication based on the intended audience.
- Strong organization and project management skills
- Strong Business Partnering skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with a wide range of teams across the organization.
- Ability to collaborate with others and establish working relationships, think, and act strategically, and influence key leaders.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple work items, work independently and follow through to completion.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office including expertise in Excel.
- Basic understanding of SQL

Pay Transparency
Salary Range: $117,500 - $160,000
Overtime eligible: Exempt
Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes
Sales bonus eligible: No
Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
