• Partner with Technology, Data, and AI teams to design, test, and deploy AI-enabled features responsibly and in compliance with Company standards.
• Define success metrics for AI-enabled features and iterate based on performance and user feedback.
Stakeholder Partnership
• Partner with Nautilus, the Advanced Planning Group (APG), and Financial Planning support teams to gather feedback, define requirements, test features, and ensure the planning capabilities enable business workflows.
• Partner with Field Learning and Development to design, build and enable industry-leading education and learning delivery and engagement to serve our newest to most experienced agents and advisors.
• Partner with adjacent value-streams (Service, Purchase, Client Growth and Retention), our Chief Transformation Office, and our Experience and Digital Marketing teams to deliver seamless UX for agents/advisors and their clients together along the PPG experience.
• Serve as the primary product point of contact for Distribution, Technology, Actuarial, Legal, and Compliance stakeholders on planning-tool initiatives.
• Represent and focus the voice of the agent/advisor and the client in product decisions.
Agile Delivery & Execution
• Own the product backlog, write clear requirements and user stories, and prioritize the roadmap in partnership with Engineering.
• Lead the product through the full development lifecycle, from discovery and design through launch and post-launch iteration.
Compliance & Risk
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Risk to ensure the planning tool's outputs, disclosures, and recommendations meet regulatory and suitability requirements.
• Ensure financial engineering assumptions and calculation logic are well-documented and auditable.
• Manage strategic partnership with third party FinTech companies to inform and expand Planning capabilities to maintain market leadership.
Talent & Team Leadership

• Foster a collaborative, data-driven product culture in partnership with all departments and partners.
• Create clarity, accountability, and momentum across organizational boundaries for leadership and the cross-functional team

• Partner with Experience Research and Advanced Planning teams to consistently benchmark the capability.
• Define and track key product metrics, including adoption, usage, and planning outcomes.
