Corporate Vice President - Enterprise Intelligence - Strategy & Development

Role Overview
The Enterprise Intelligence Solutions team is a founding-stage organization within TDAV focused on translating proprietary data, analytics, and AI capabilities into intelligence products that support decision-making at scale. As a Senior Strategist, you will operate at the intersection of enterprise strategy, AI innovation, and business transformation, partnering with leaders across the organization to identify opportunities, solve complex challenges, and drive adoption of intelligence-driven solutions.
This role provides direct exposure to senior executives and supports some of the organization’s most critical decision-making forums, including executive leadership reviews, strategic planning sessions, and Board-level discussions. The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking, analytical rigor, executive communication, and cross-functional leadership to influence enterprise priorities and help shape the future of AI-enabled decision-making across New York Life.
What You'll Do:

Lead the framing and analysis of complex strategic questions across AI, data, technology, and business transformation domains, developing actionable recommendations that support enterprise objectives and long-term growth.

Partner with senior business and technology leaders to identify opportunities for intelligence products, evaluate strategic tradeoffs, and drive adoption of AI-enabled capabilities across the enterprise.

Develop executive-level communications and presentations, including Board materials, strategic planning deliverables, executive reviews, and leadership updates, translating complex concepts into clear and compelling narratives.

Lead cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution, coordinating stakeholders across technology, data, analytics, finance, and business teams while managing governance, communications, dependencies, and decision-making processes.

Support enterprise planning and portfolio management activities by assessing strategic priorities, monitoring initiative performance, identifying risks and dependencies, and providing insights that inform investment and resource allocation decisions.
What You'll Bring:
Required Skills
-
5–8 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business transformation, or a similarly rigorous strategic environment, with financial services or insurance industry experience strongly preferred.

Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous business problems, perform rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis, and synthesize findings into clear recommendations for senior leadership.

Strong understanding of enterprise technology strategy, including cloud platforms, SaaS solutions, Agile delivery models, enterprise data capabilities, and emerging AI and machine learning technologies.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with proven experience creating executive- and Board-level presentations, narratives, and strategic recommendations.

Proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and operate effectively across complex organizational environments with multiple priorities and competing demands.

Strong project leadership and organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously while maintaining a high level of ownership, quality, and execution excellence.
Preferred Skills

Experience supporting AI, advanced analytics, digital transformation, or enterprise data strategy initiatives within large, complex organizations.

Knowledge of enterprise operating models, governance structures, organizational design, risk management, or regulatory environments relevant to financial services.

MBA or other advanced degree in business, analytics, technology, public policy, or a related discipline.

Experience partnering directly with C-suite executives, executive committees, or Boards of Directors on strategic initiatives and enterprise transformation programs.
Pay Transparency
Salary Range: $147,500-$211,000
Overtime eligible: Exempt
Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes
Sales bonus eligible: No
Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
