Senior Associate – Controllers Optimization & Reinvention Engine (CORE) Program Coordination (Hybrid)

What You'll Do:

· Coordinate day-to-day execution across CORE's process automation and reporting workstreams, partnering with the technical lead to keep builds on track and exceptions resolved.

· Own timeline tracking, stakeholder communication, and status reporting from workflow-level detail up through CORE leadership and executive updates.

· Maintain a running log of risks, open items, and decisions across workstreams, ensuring dependencies and ownership stay visible.

· Consolidate and prepare testing evidence, documentation, and change-management artifacts ahead of go-live milestones.

· Maintain documentation and onboarding materials to support continuity across the program.

· Own recurring meeting cadence across CORE workstreams, including agendas, follow-ups, and action item tracking.

What You'll Bring:

Education

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline required.

· CPA, PMP, or other relevant professional certifications are a plus.

Experience

· 2-4 years of experience in program or project coordination within a finance, accounting operations, or transformation function.

· Demonstrated success supporting process automation, technology rollout, or transformation initiatives; coordinating timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables rather than building the technical solution directly.

· Exposure to journal entry, account reconciliation, audit readiness, change management documentation or managerial reporting processes is a plus.

· Candidates should have experience operating within a mature corporate finance function supporting cross-functional stakeholders and multiple concurrent workstreams.

Required Technical Skills

· Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Excel, SharePoint, Power Platform, Word, and PowerPoint.

· Familiarity with workflow or automation tooling sufficient to coordinate with technical builders, not required to build solutions independently.

· Comfort tracking and interpreting data and reporting outputs to support status reporting.

Pay Transparency

Salary Range: $81,000-$110,000 

Overtime eligible: Exempt 

Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes 

Sales bonus eligible: No 

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
