This role will work within the Fund Administration Support team to assist the Fund Accountants with a variety of tasks relevant to the fund accounting and audit process.  The Associate is expected to assist in various tracking and coordination activities, basic accounting and reconciliation tasks, collection and organization of incoming documents, providing audit support, special projects and building out additional capabilities of the Fund Administration Support team.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Perform daily cash reconciliations for manager capital calls and distributions
• Monitor, review and organize quarterly information
• Determine transaction breakouts and import into database
• Prepare quarterly support packets
• Review final quarterly investor capital account statements and financials
• Work on ad hoc projects, as needed

Qualifications:

• Four-year college degree preferred 
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
• Proficient in Excel and Word

Salary range:  

Overtime eligible: Exempt 

Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes 

Sales bonus eligible: No
