Offered Wage: $174,500.30/year
Duties: Frame and assess complex business problems and areas of opportunity in line with overall vision and strategy of the company. Develop pragmatic solutions to key strategic and operational issues affecting the business. Develop and present recommendations to senior leadership and play a key role in informing and influencing senior management decision making. Support strategic planning processes, including interdependencies between key business, technology and financial planning processes. Facilitate structured reviews of the enterprise portfolio of strategic initiatives and implications (budget, resource allocation). Support agenda and materials development for senior executive audiences and meetings. Own and drive end-to-end delivery of project solutions. Lead execution of key enterprise initiatives by forming collaborative partnerships with colleagues across business and functional areas. Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise in relevant areas (digital transformation, risk and compliance). Manage enterprise governance and communication processes.
Education & Experience Requirements: Master’s degree in Business, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering,
or
a related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus 3 years of experience as an Associate, Analyst, or related occupation defining and articulating business strategy and support oversight for large and complex programs in a management consulting, technology, or financial services environment. Alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus 5 years of experience as an Associate, Analyst, or related occupation defining and articulating business strategy and support oversight for large and complex programs in a management consulting, technology, or financial services environment. Specific skills/other requirements - Experience must include 3 years in each of the following: Developing C-suite presentations and supporting senior executive audiences and meetings playing a key role in informing and influencing senior management decision making; Designing and deploying customer surveys on Qualtrics to conduct market research and form actionable insights on industry landscape and potential areas for business expansion; Analyzing data using Excel, Alteryx, Tableau, and SQL data analysis tools to support qualitative findings and enable key marketing decisions; Leading execution of key enterprise initiatives such as go-to-market strategies for enterprise tech products, by forming collaborative partnerships across functions and conducting focus groups, and customer interviews; Structuring and delivering technology strategy projects using Agile, Cloud computing, SaaS, or Enterprise Data Management; and Performing project and process management, including managing multiple projects simultaneously, by creating capability maps, tech architecture diagrams, and mapping process flows for business operations.

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
