The Product Marketer will be responsible for supporting NYLIM’s suite of equity and multi-asset solutions products, which are sub-advised by various investment boutiques. The ideal candidate will have an investment marketing background to coordinate the development of product-related content and help drive integrated campaigns.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support Equity & MAS Marketing Director in development and execution of marketing plans and content for our equities and multi-asset solutions products
  • Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns to increase New York Life brand, product awareness and advisor engagement, partnering with key internal business teams to drive campaign efforts including: digital marketing, segment marketing, sales, business intelligence and compliance
  • Collaborate with product management and investment partners on the creation of new product marketing materials in various formats, including blogs, webcasts, videos, brochures, presentations, flyers and digital representation of such materials
  • Coordinate the marketing aspect of new product launches and initiatives by building and fulfilling comprehensive roadmaps that include the creation of new product marketing materials
  • Own monthly and quarterly marketing material updates, ensuring product positioning remains appropriate and consistent


Skills and Qualifications:  

  • BA/BS required; concentration in marketing, finance, economics or communications a plus
  • 3-5 years of investment marketing experience, background in equities preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to work at a strategic and a tactical level
  • Curiosity, flexibility, strong sense of ownership and pro-activeness
  • Strong project management skills: Dynamic, high-reaching, creative and innovative
  • Strong PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office software skills
  • Series 7 license a plus
