NYL’s Agent Digital Marketing team is responsible for building and maintaining marketing capabilities for the Agent/Sales organization. The Corporate Vice President, Agent Digital Marketing, will be responsible for building the suite of marketing capabilities in the CRM platform. This leader will work in close partnership with technology and marketing. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable discussing business strategy with marketing leaders and technical strategy with IT leadership. This leader understands agents/sales needs and how to deliver winning solutions that leverage marketing expertise and CRM technology. The person in this role should be a self-starter, comfortable with navigating ambiguity, and be passionate about driving change and transformation across the organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of business requirements with the CRM technology and Marketing teams to build agent digital marketing capabilities
  • Ensure that projects within overarching program run smoothly on schedule, staying within defined scope and on budget, proactively identifying issues and appropriately escalating concerns and potential solutions to impacted parties within project teams and across Marketing/Tech/Agency stakeholders
  • Monitor in market performance (both data and user feedback); understand impact of efforts and as an input to next set of platform iterations
  • Be a thought leader on digital marketing capabilities in the marketplace and have a strong point of view of opportunity/impact for NYL
  • Partner with key stakeholders to ensure projects are being completed efficiently
  • Deliver compelling communications to all levels of the organization to ensure understanding and generate excitement
  • Help foster a productive teamwork environment, keeping parties and stakeholders focused on key outcomes that drive NYL's Digital Agent Marketing strategy



  • Bachelors Degree
  • Minimum of 7+ years relevant experience
  • Proven track record in leading a cross functional team comprised of a variety of stakeholders to deliver winning results
  • Passionate about technology and excited about the impact of developing new digital capabilities
  • Creative and innovative user-centric mindset
  • Organized, resourceful and results-driven. Tenacity to get stuff done.
  • High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills.
  • Ownership mentality, entrepreneurial drive, and proven ability to influence others.
  • Understanding of Agile Methodology.
  • Ability to build relationships within the Sales organization.
