Position Overview: As a Campus Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent from universities and colleges to join our organization. You will collaborate closely with various departments to understand their talent needs and develop innovative strategies to build a strong pipeline of candidates. Your primary objective will be to establish a positive and engaging employer brand on campus and ensure a smooth and effective recruitment process for student candidates. This role requires exceptional communication, networking, and organizational skills to foster lasting relationships with educational institutions and potential future employees.
Key Responsibilities:

Campus Talent Sourcing: Identify and connect with potential candidates through campus career fairs, job postings, student organizations, and other relevant platforms to attract high-potential students.

Employer Branding: Develop and maintain a positive and attractive employer brand on campus by creating engaging materials, organizing events, and leveraging social media and other communication channels.

Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with career services centers, faculty, and student organizations to enhance our presence on campus and improve access to top talent.

Candidate Evaluation: Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit with the organization.

Interview Coordination: Coordinate interviews, both on-campus and at company locations, ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience.

Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campus recruitment efforts and make data-driven improvements.

Diversity and Inclusion: Proactively promote diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process, ensuring a diverse pool of candidates and fostering an inclusive campus recruitment strategy.

Offer Management: Extend job offers, negotiate compensation packages, and assist candidates through the onboarding process.

Feedback and Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from candidates, hiring managers, and campus partners to continuously improve the recruitment process and overall candidate experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Proven experience in campus recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Familiarity with various campus recruitment strategies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and engage with students, faculty, and hiring managers.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations related to campus hiring.
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment efforts.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
- Willingness to travel to various campuses
Salary range: $58,500-$85,000
Overtime eligible: Exempt
Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes
