SuccessFactors/Compensation Analyst


The SuccessFactors/Compensation Analyst will primarily be responsible to support, investigate and analyze enhancements to the SuccessFactors Compensation module, troubleshoot system issues, and develop new systems capabilities to support the annual compensation cycle. In addition, this role will also have the opportunity to back up and partner with other SF analysts on the team responsible for Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning and Performance

This position will spend half the year working closely with the Compensation team to ensure all business needs are being met and enabled fully. The other half of the year will be spent supporting and enhancing the other SuccessFactors modules. The person in this role will ideally be a subject matter expert on Compensation processes but will also have in depth experience in Employee Central and other SuccessFactors modules.  This could be a great growth opportunity for someone looking to transition their HR systems expertise from SAP HCM to SuccessFactors.


 Key responsibilities include:

  • Solutioning process improvement through technology
  • Examination of release notes, new functionality and recommendations
  • Active in SF online community, actively working with vendor for enhancements and updates Partnering with clients to ensure business needs are being met efficiently
  • Deploying - including change management and partner training - new functionality, enhancements and fixes 



  • Bachelor’s Degree in systems, HRIS, or Human Resources 
  • Minimum of 4 years relevant experience
  • Advanced Excel skills, Access, web-based HR tools
  • SuccessFactors configuration experience
