This challenging Administrative Assistant position will provide administrative support to one or more Executive Officers and their teams in the Office of the General Counsel (OGC). The individual will have responsibility in coordinating sensitive matters for OGC and will require the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and interact with all levels of the organization, as well as external parties.

The ideal candidate must have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; strong verbal and written communication skills; be flexible and agile as priorities change; work effectively with other administrative assistants; and be able to handle highly confidential information responsibly.

• Manage calendars and daily priorities for Executive Officer(s) and their team(s), and assist with the day-to-day operations of their respective areas.
• Handle all aspects of administrative support in a timely and professional manner, including creation/review/revision of memos, letters, presentations, and reports.

• Prioritize phone, mail and E-mail messages; respond to requests on behalf of managers; track and follow-up on deliverables; maintain files.
• Handle heavy meetings planning/coordination and phone coverage.

• Make travel arrangements and process related expense reports.

• Assist with processing of other expense items, as needed.

• Work collaboratively with other administrative assistants to ensure appropriate departmental coverage.

• Handle other administrative duties as assigned.



• Bachelors Degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years administrative experience supporting senior level executives in a corporate environment
• Excellent organization skills; exceptional attention to detail and follow-up
• Ability to multi-task and set priorities; flexibility in a fast-paced corporate environment
• High level of professionalism with strong interpersonal skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality; good judgment and diplomacy
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
