Senior Associate, Field Marketing Guidance

Role Overview:
As the Field Marketing Guidance Senior Associate, you will work to help our field unlock the power of marketing. We will do this by shifting from providing technical, “how-to” support to a competency-based approach that will help agents think holistically about their brand, and provide them with marketing guidance every step of the way.
What You’ll Do:
- You will help our field managers and agents use marketing competencies, programs, and tools to achieve their business goals.
- You will help influence behavior and work closely with partners in change management to deliver on our competency-based model
- You will work collaboratively with SMEs across value streams and translate expertise into actions for our field force
- You will work with the Field Marketing Guidance team to deliver services for the field
What You’ll Bring:
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree preferred and/or equivalent experience
- Strong interpersonal skills, knows how to work cross-functionally and translate multiple stakeholders’ perspectives into an actionable program
- Good communicator with strong presentation skills; can take complex topics and digest for their audience in an appropriate way
- Ability to think strategically and translate strategy into actionable programs / strong change management expertise
- Working knowledge of marketing channels and best-in-class marketing tools
- Self-starter who can work independently with minimal guidance
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with sales agents in a marketing capacity
- Field experience a plus

Pay Transparency
Salary Range: $108,000 - $130,000
Overtime eligible: Exempt
Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes
Sales bonus eligible: No
Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
