Role Overview:
The Digital Marketing Acquisition team is responsible for lead generation across multiple product lines and recruiting initiatives at New York Life.
As an Associate on our team, you’ll be responsible for the execution and planning of our paid search campaign across the search engines for our consumer leads program as well as agent recruitment campaigns.
The right candidate will manage the day-to-day execution of the campaign, identify and set up tests to improve conversion rates, lead volume and lead quality. This individual will also report on performance and recommend optimizations to achieve the campaign's overall KPIs. This position will work collaboratively across the marketing organization, serving as a partner to stakeholders, and be self-motivated to deliver recommendations to stakeholders to surpass results against a set of strategic objectives.
What You’ll Do:
- Design, develop and manage multiple PPC campaigns across different product lines; including account structure, campaign structure, keyword research, audience targeting, bid strategies management, and ad copywriting.
- Create compelling copy that resonates with our target audiences–including landing pages, ads, etc., to drive qualified leads.
- Possess a deep understanding of direct response marketing strategy and tactics.
- Actively manage the search budget to support conversion goals, including CPL, quality metrics, lead-to-sale ratio across multiple lines of business.
- Analyze results and deploy optimization techniques to ensure that campaigns deliver against KPI metrics.
- Embrace a test-and-learn approach, scaling new bidding strategies and exploring expansion opportunities while continuing to drive qualified leads.
- Consult and manage consistent tracking of events in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA 360, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics.
- Actively participate in professional growth opportunities, skill development to stay on top of latest search and digital trends.
- Collaborative and able to work cross-functionally across varying levels of the organization.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a business or Marketing function and/or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience actively planning and executing Paid Search Campaigns across Google Ads, Bing/Yahoo Ad platforms
- Experience developing copy for search ads and landing pages to perform A/B tests to increase the overall conversion rates of the search campaigns
- Possess effective communication skills
- Fundamental understanding of online campaign measurement and methodologies
- High-level critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and MS Excel

Pay Transparency
Salary Range: $90,000 - $125,000
Overtime eligible: Exempt
Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes
Sales bonus eligible: No
Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
